Kingsley Montessori's Toddler Program serves children 2–3 years old and is a significant entry point. Families who began in our Toddler Program enthusiastically recommend it even when their child is well into the Elementary Program. Many of our elementary aged students fondly remember their Toddler teachers. Below you will find the answers to some common questions and links to the next steps in the admissions process.

Children need to be 2 by September 1.
We have four Toddler classes—two Morning classes that meet five days a week, 8:30–11:45 a.m.; one Afternoon class that meets five days a week, 1:00–3:30 p.m.; and one Extended day class that meets five days a week, 8:30-2:45.
We generally have 12–14 openings for new families.
Because of a building code regulation that requires direct access to the outdoors for children under 2.9 years old, our Commonwealth classroom is for our younger students and our Newbury classroom is for our older students.
We enjoy getting to know all of the children in small groups. Toddlers visit for 25 minutes in Fairfield classrooms with a parent or caregiver in the classroom.
No. We want to assure you that our teachers are very friendly and warm, and will make your child feel comfortable. There is no need to prepare your child, in fact, we recommend that you simply say that you are going to a play time with new friends. Children should wear comfortable and familiar clothing.
