Toddler Club
Toddler Club considers the individual needs of each child and works in partnership with the child's teachers to provide continuity of care.
We aim to create a warm, joyful, caring environment that is rooted in Montessori practices, while also bringing in elements of a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, play-based learning, and process art. After School teachers aim to be a bridge between the children’s school and home life, and work in partnership with our students’ families to support development through weekly updates and photo sharing, check-ins and support when needed, and resource sharing. We also aim to support the children in having a fun environment to build meaningful friendships across classrooms that will stay with them throughout their years at Kingsley.
Friendship Club
(Grades P3–K)
Friendship Club nurtures creativity, curiosity, and positive social interactions for our P3 through Kindergarten students.
As an extension of the school day, the program includes guided activities, snack and circle, free choice, daily art projects, and community-building play. Students are encouraged to build friendships and engage in imaginative, collaborative play. Friendship Club is offered in both our Fairfield and Exeter buildings to serve students across campuses. To ensure safe transitions and appropriate ratios, children will be escorted by staff to their assigned location—which may differ from their daytime classroom building.

After School Club
(Grades 1–3)
After School Club supports social and emotional growth through community-building games, hands-on projects, and opportunities for independent exploration.
A typical afternoon includes snack and circle, outdoor play and movement games, a project, and free choice time. Each month, students explore new historical figures through engaging discussions and pursue self-directed projects inspired by their own interests. Guided by enthusiastic educators, students strengthen their social-emotional skills, cultural literacy, and creativity in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Homework Club
(Grades 4–6)
Homework Club is designed for students in Upper Elementary who benefit from a structured, quiet space to focus on homework, projects, or independent reading.
Each afternoon begins with a shared snack, followed by a Quiet Work Hour—used for completing assignments or enjoying silent reading when no homework is assigned. Once students have finished their work, they take part in a group game or activity until dismissal.
