Overview
Learning to LearnKingsley’s academic programs stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional growth within a safe and supportive educational environment. Our curriculum moves along a continuum of developmental stages from Toddler through Grade Six. Dedicated educational directors in our Early Childhood and Elementary Programs work together to coordinate the curriculum along this continuum.
Kingsley’s classrooms cultivate each child’s natural curiosity and independence. Teachers trained in elementary education and Montessori pedagogy create dynamic learning environments where each individual student can learn in ways that are appropriate for her or his developmental level, abilities, and learning style. Experienced educators specializing in Science, Art, Music, Spanish, Physical Education, and Technology weave their specialties into the core Montessori curriculum. This integrated approach is one of the highlights of Kingsley’s teaching and learning.
As students progress along our academic continuum they become engaged in their education and actively learn how to learn. This skill will enrich their lives, in their next schools and beyond.
